Jon has more than 10 years in the dental industry and enjoys working with Dentists to educate them on their options and building winning outcomes that meet their long-term business goals. Prior to joining 123Dentist, Jon worked with Straumann as a chairside Dental Implant representative. In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and 2-year-old daughter and is excited to welcome a new addition to the family soon.

With over a decade of experience in the dental industry since 2011, Mike brings a deep understanding of the profession and a passion for building meaningful connections.

Born and raised in British Columbia, he takes pride in working closely with dentists across the province—professionals who embody care, entrepreneurship, and excellence.

For Mike, the most rewarding aspect of business development is the opportunity to connect with people, understand their journeys, and support their business growth. He enjoys learning about the unique challenges and successes of dental professionals, helping them navigate opportunities to strengthen and expand their practices.

With more than 20 years of dental industry experience, Mark Bourck helps practice owners navigate one of the most important decisions of their careers. His approach is straightforward and relationship-driven: understand each dentist’s goals, provide honest advice and build a partnership that protects what they have worked so hard to create.

Since joining 123Dentist in 2018, Mark has helped dentists understand their practice’s performance, evaluate their options and develop transition plans that support their financial, professional and personal goals.

Before joining 123Dentist, Mark held senior leadership positions across the dental industry, including National Sales Manager at Dentsply Sirona and Vice President of Business Development Lo at another leading dental organization. He also served on the board of the Dental Industry Association of Canada.

Mark brings a unique understanding of practice growth, operations and transitions. Above all, he believes successful partnerships are built on trust, transparency and doing what is right for the dentist, their team and their practice.
