I am proud of the industry experience and expertise of our Operations team. Each one of them has a dental background and understands how to deliver an optimal patient experience and how to create operating efficiencies. They are leaders who can motivate and engage the practice teams.

Supporting my peers, working with our practice teams and partners at iTero and Invisalign to deliver best-in-class programs that deliver an exceptional patient experience is very rewarding. Seeing the results of a healthy smile makes it all worth it.

The Marketing team works with our clinics every day to help them achieve their goals. We help engage existing patients and attract new ones. By working with us, our partners can communicate who they are and what makes their clinic different, helping them to stand out.

I’ve worked in the dental industry for over 20 years in various roles in clinical, regulatory, training and development, and practice consulting. There is nothing more rewarding than working with our 123Dentist dental hygiene teams to improve their knowledge, skills and confidence. They say teamwork makes the dream work, and it’s true

We focus on what our Dentist partners need – from a financial planning and analysis standpoint – so that they can focus on their patients. I love working with such a wonderful group of professionals who plan and execute strategies to help our partners achieve success while alleviating operational burdens

Supporting the day-to-day operational needs of our practices is our number one priority.  We listen, advise, support and tailor our support to what each practice partner and team needs.

We believe strongly in supported autonomy which means we tailor the operations support we provide based on the unique needs of each practice.  Having an experienced regional manager team provides support to our partners which they appreciate and value

At 123Dentist, my greatest fulfillment comes from fostering strong relationships, guiding successful teams, and ensuring optimal patient care. Seamless collaboration with our partner dentists and empowering teams to reach their full potential are central to my approach.

The network we’ve built is more than a digital network of connected offices. Our digital infrastructure makes communication and marketing seamless and efficient, of course, but it’s the network of people that really makes this organization run. The people who’ve built this network really collaborate, respect, and support one another. It’s a pleasure to support those relationships with our infrastructure.

Working closely with our dental clinics and their staff to help them grow and achieve their goals is what makes me smile. By getting to know each clinic and its unique local needs and communities, we can provide them with clear, honest, and transparent digital marketing services that deliver the results they want.
