123Dentist has launched the Clinic Leadership Program
123Dentist has launched the Clinic Leadership Program, a training and professional development initiative that helps Office Managers across its network of 450+ clinics build new skills, advance their careers, and lead with confidence.
The program includes virtual and in-person courses that provide hands-on guidance to improve day-to-day operations and build strong clinic teams—resulting in better, more consistent patient care. It is offered free of charge to Office Managers within the 123Dentist network.
123Dentist is one of the first dental support organizations in Canada to offer an ongoing program dedicated specifically to the growth and career development of Office Managers. This initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to elevating dentistry by strengthening how dental professionals build their careers.

Built on Feedback and the Success of Existing Workshops
The courses within the Clinic Leadership Program were developed based on feedback from Office Managers. They focus on practical skills such as hiring and managing strong teams, communicating confidently with patients, and supporting dentists in treatment planning.
The program builds on the success of 123Dentist’s Office Managers Essentials workshop, which more than 300 Office Managers have completed since fall 2025.
During these sessions, participants learn the fundamentals of running a successful dental clinic day to day. They leave with a practical playbook of clear strategies, processes, and actions they can implement immediately to improve operations and patient care.
