I am proud of the industry experience and expertise of our Operations team. Each one of them has a dental background and understands how to deliver an optimal patient experience and how to create operating efficiencies. They are leaders who can motivate and engage the practice teams.

Our Procurement team mission is to partner with dental suppliers and the distributor community to build relationships and ultimately deliver value for our practices and patients.  Our team sources the items our practices need to ensure they have the resources and tools to deliver an exceptional patient experience without compromise.

Supporting my peers, working with our practice teams and partners at iTero and Invisalign to deliver best-in-class programs that deliver an exceptional patient experience is very rewarding. Seeing the results of a healthy smile makes it all worth it.

The Marketing team works with our clinics every day to help them achieve their goals. We help engage existing patients and attract new ones. By working with us, our partners can communicate who they are and what makes their clinic different, helping them to stand out.

Putting patients first is what 123Dentist is all about. It’s the key to our success. Happy patients will come back and refer family and friends. No matter where in Canada you practice the premise is the same: When the patients win everyone wins.

We focus on what our Dentist partners need – from a financial planning and analysis standpoint – so that they can focus on their patients. The network we’ve built is more than a digital network of connected offices. Working closely with our dental clinics and their staff to help them grow and achieve their goals is what makes me smile. By getting to know each clinic and its unique local needs and communities, we can provide them with clear, honest, and transparent digital marketing services that deliver the results they want.
