Jeff Leger is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 123Dentist.

He leads one of Canada’s largest dental networks with a clear commitment to helping Canadians live healthier lives through great dental care. He is dedicated to building a culture and the right support around clinicians, so they can do their best work and patients experience care that is trusted, welcoming, and centred on their well-being.  

A licensed pharmacist by training, Jeff has built his career leading healthcare organizations that serve communities at scale. Before joining 123Dentist, he spent nearly 20 years at Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw Companies Limited, including seven years as President of Shoppers Drug Mart. In that role, he led a national network of more than 1,350 pharmacist-owned community pharmacies with 50,000 employees and $18 billion in annual revenue, serving millions of Canadians each week. His work focused on expanding access to care close to home, strengthening professional practice, and building the systems that help frontline teams deliver consistent, trusted care.  

Since becoming CEO of 123Dentist in July 2025, Jeff has been guiding the organization through its next chapter: elevating how dentistry supports the health and confidence of Canadians at every stage of life. Under his leadership, 123Dentist is focused on making care more accessible, connected, and supportive and improving the experience for patients before, during, and beyond the appointment — all while protecting and enhancing the clinical judgment and the local character of each practice.  

Originally from Moncton, New Brunswick, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University and an MBA from Université de Moncton. He has served on the boards of Canadian digital health companies including Maple and League. From frontline healthcare to national leadership, his career reflects a steady focus on access, quality, and building organizations that help people stay healthy, feel confident, and live fuller lives.
